Composition of hot runner system

1. Hot runner plate: its main task is to send the melt from the main runner to each separate nozzle at a constant temperature. Nozzle: there are many types of e-type hot runner molds according to different nozzle structures, and the types are similar, but the processing technology and implementation methods of various manufacturers are very different, which determines the quality and price of hot runner systems. Generally, there are open type, needle valve type and several other special forms

needle valve nozzle is more advanced in technology, and its advantages are:

a. there is no residue mark of the gate on the product, and the trace at the gate is smooth

b. it can use a gate with a larger diameter, which can speed up the filling of the mold cavity, further reduce the injection pressure and reduce the deformation of the product

c. it can prevent wire drawing and salivation when opening the mold

d. when the screw of the injection molding machine retreats, it can effectively prevent the material from being sucked back from the mold cavity

e. it can cooperate with the sequence control to reduce the welding marks of the products

3. Heating element hot runner heating element heating element is an important part of hot runner system. Its heating accuracy and service life have a significant impact on the control of injection molding process and the working stability of hot runner system. Generally, there are heating rods, heating rings, tubular heaters, spiral heaters (heating rods), etc

4. Temperature controller temperature controller is an instrument that controls the temperature of each position of the hot runner system. From the bottom to the high end, there are on-off type, integral differential proportional control type and new intelligent temperature controller, etc. after each experiment, the user can cooperate with other module components as needed.
